Who We Are

Primrose are an award-winning provider of high quality new homes across Lancashire.

Established in 1995 and offering over 40 years of experience, Primrose have an established track record in the design and delivery of prestigious and innovative homes. The Primrose Team are experienced at all facets of the development process including site acquisition and planning; design and implementation, with a passion for attention to detail. We pride ourselves in taking a hands on approach to the creation of every property.

In addition, Primrose retain a portfolio of commercial property throughout the region, comprising both new build nursery starter units; retail premises and offices, the majority of which have been built or extensively refurbished and let out to tenants. On a larger scale we have worked with high profile occupiers, including Aldi; Lidl; McCarthy & Stone; Screwfix; Eurogarages; Co-op; Costa, and others.

The Primrose Team have come from a mix of backgrounds including design; construction; regeneration; funding and portfolio management, allowing an ability to identify opportunities and deliver quality product in a variety of sectors. It is family run and underpinned by a desire to create quality property solutions
