Primrose Holdings are proud to announce the launch of Calder Park, our small unit retail and business unit scheme fronting the A6 on Preston Rd in Chorley.
The scheme comprises eight units of 1,200 sq ft retail and business units, arranged in two blocks of four units. The units will be similar in style to the successful development at Buckshaw Village, which is now let to Domino’s Pizza, Age Concern and Costa. Each unit will be monopitch in construction and have a part glazed frontage and the scheme will have generous car parking.
Simon James commented that “We are very excited about the launch of this phase of the Calder Park Project and early off market interest has been strong. We already have one of the units under offer, which is an indication of the strong level of interest that we expect.”
The scheme has a 65m frontage to Preston Road, between the Chorley and South Ribble Hospital and the Town Centre and is close to Junction 8 of the M61. There are approximately 33,000 vehicle movements per day along this stretch of the A6 and we believe that occupiers will benefit significantly from this high profile position.
Further details of the scheme are provided in the downloadable brochure below:-
