Kem Mill

Kem Mill is a development of 9 Executive Homes in Whittle-le-Woods, immediately to the west of Whittle-le-Woods Cricket Club and about 2 miles north of Chorley Town Centre.

In April 2014, planning consent was achieved for 9 Executive Homes. Construction commenced in late 2017 and completed in February 2019. Each home was designed individually by local architects with the aim of creating a development focused on character and quality.

The development sit on the edge of the Cuerden Valley Park, and the River Lostock separates the homes from Whittle-le-Woods Cricket Club to the East, which contributes to the “village” feel to the development, whilst being close to Chorley town centre and the motorway network.

All nine homes were sold off plan prior to completion.
